My love for natural remedies grew from watching them work in everyday life. We often turned to traditions that had been trusted for generations. That love grew even stronger as I got older and started looking for natural ways to care for my own body. Like many women, I have experienced the ups and downs of hormonal imbalance and PCOS. Even the name carries a piece of that story. Oma means “good,” and it also comes from my parents’ names. My dad’s name was Obioma and my mom’s name is Ifeoma. Omablends is a reflection of their love and lessons, blended with my own journey, and shared with you in every cup.
