Omablend's Shipping Policy

At Omablends, every order is packed with care to make sure your blends arrive fresh and full of goodness.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Custom or limited batches may take an extra day during high-demand periods. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We currently ship within the United States and offer both Standard and Priority delivery options.

• Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

• Priority Shipping: 2 to 3 business days

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your tea’s journey to your doorstep.

International Shipping

We’re working on expanding our shipping options for international customers. Stay tuned for updates.

Missing or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us at info@omablends.com and include your order number. We’ll be happy to look into it for you.

Order Changes and Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address or make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make adjustments.
